• Users are responsible for appropriate use
• Service provided "as is" without warranties

Data handling:

• Your health data remains on your device
• We do not access or store personal health information
• Cryptographic proofs are generated locally

Prohibited uses include:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
• Legal proceedings or evidence
• Life-critical applications or illegal activities

Business customers operate under separate commercial agreements.
Enterprise terms and SLAs available upon request.

Disputes subject to California state and federal courts.
Terms may be updated with reasonable notice.
